We endeavour to ensure that each Shruti Box is made to a high standard and is thoroughly checked before shipping. If you are not completely satisfied with your Shruti Box we will exchange it or give you a full refund (excluding all delivery charges) providing you contact us and return it within 14 days of receipt and in the same new condition in which it was delivered. If for any reason the instrument is returned due to damage while in transit to you from us, or it is found to be faulty within two weeks of receipt due to workmanship or defective parts, then we will cover the shipping costs. 12 Months Warranty

We include a full 12 months parts and labour warranty. This exclusively covers defective parts or workmanship which affect the sound or performance of your Shruti Box or performance of your Bowring Foot Pedal. It does not cover reed maintenance, which we support by providing a special tool with each purchase and a D.I.Y online video guide.

It does not cover damage caused by negligence on your part, i.e.,inappropriate storage, transportation or handling; exposure to high humidity; damp; water; heat; frost. With any warranty enquiry, you are requested to first send an email with a clear description of the problem and attach a relevant photos and/or video to help us identify and diagnose a solution. If following this initial consultation we request that you send the instrument to our workshop for repair please follow the instructions in shipping and returns.
